Each item is made specifically for each customer and we strongly advise our customers to Make up their minds on design and item 100% before purchasing.
We ensure that all items are in perfect condition before we ship. However, we understand that mistakes can happen sometimes while goods are in transit. In cases like this, we will amend or re-make an order if the customer is not completely happy with the product. We strongly advise our customers to open the package and check that they are completely happy with the product before accepting from the courier. Excellent Customer Service is extremely important to us and we will do everything that we can to make sure that our customers are happy with our products.
